Hey, it might just be that I'm being dumb, but when I click the contribute art button it only lets me submit to the featured folder?
Nah, you're not being dumb. After you've clicked 'contribute' and are given the option to choose from your art, go up to the 'featured' at the top of that box and see if there is another option. If you can't change which folder you submit to at that point, let me know.

Featured is the only option there dude, hope it's an easily fixable problem
The problem's now been delt with! Turns out the group settings are automatically against giving Members freedom

I've also been told there's no "contribute" button beside the For Prompts folder.

I have the same problem. I just submitted it to feature, and now I'm waiting to see what happens.
One other thing you could try is, in the gallery, going down beside the 'From Prompts' title and clicking this little plus sign on the right.
